Acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Education, under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, I confirm the dissolution of the Waitaki Boys’ High School (365) Board of Trustees, and due to increased risk direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
