Pursuant to section 425 of the Education Act 1989, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement consolidating the original integration agreement and all supplementary agreements, to the extent they remain applicable, has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of the Sovereign in Right of New Zealand, acting through the Deputy Secretary Sector Enablement and Support, Ministry of Education, and the proprietor of the following school:

St. Mark’s School (Christchurch) (4135).

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 30 November 2017. A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public via the following email address: education.network@education.govt.nz.
