I, Louise Upston, Minister of Corrections, declare, under section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the land described in the Schedule and the buildings on that land to be a community work centre to be known as the Glover Road (Hawera) Community Work Centre, and revoke the Community Work Centre (Princes Street (Hawera)) Notice 1998 (SR 1998/375).

This notice takes effect from 16 February 2017.

Schedule

The following parcels of land in the Taranaki Land Registration District:

1. All that parcel of land in the Taranaki Land Registration District containing 1178m², more or less, being Lot 1 DP 320804 and being all that land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register 82640; and
2. Part of that parcel of land in the Taranaki Land Registration District containing 1329m², more or less, being Lot 8 DP 3806 and being all that land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register TNK95/26.
