Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 May 2016, which was granted under those regulations to Shelley Clark, in respect of ABC Gore (65097), situated at 8 Irwell Street, Gore.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
