Pursuant to section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, section 41(1) of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 November 2016, I hereby give notice that Thomas Hamilton Forster, Policy Manager, Aviation and Security, Ministry of Transport, has varied the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Alitalia - Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A. to permit the airline to offer code-share services to open destination points in New Zealand.

This variation took effect on 21 December 2016.
