Pursuant to section 48(3) of the Medicines Act 1981, I, Dr Stewart Jessamine, Director, Protection Regulation and Assurance, under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby revoke the prohibition on the prescribing of misoprostol by Dr Kerry Elizabeth Neilson, medical practitioner of Pleasant Point, Canterbury.
