I, Maarten Quivooy, General Manager Regulatory Services Group, Department of Internal Affairs, give notice of amendments to the Gambling Act (Class 4) Game Rules 2016 and the Minimum Technical Requirements for Class 4 De-Centralised Off-Line Cash-In-Ticket-Out Systems for Class 4 gambling equipment. The rules were amended under section 367 of the Gambling Act 2003 (“Act”), and the standard was amended pursuant to section 327 of the Act.

These changes will take effect on 22 September 2017.
