Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 (“Act”), and acting with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the date by which the school must hold an election for a student representative under section 101 of the Act for Bay of Islands College (8).

The elections must be held by 17 November 2017.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
