Pursuant to section 100ZA(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, the Minister for Primary Industries gives notice that he is satisfied that Summerfruit New Zealand Incorporated meets the criteria in sections 100ZA(3), (4), (6), (7) and (9), and Summerfruit New Zealand Incorporated represents the commercial summerfruit growers sector, consisting of businesses that pay a commodity levy on summerfruit, for the purposes of Part 5A of the Biosecurity Act 1993.
