Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 June 2017, which was granted under those Regulations to Wan Chen in respect of NICE’nSHINE KIDS (46727), situated at 1 John Webster Place, Glen Eden, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
