Pursuant to section 408 of the Food Act 2014, notice is given of the issue on 11 August 2017 of the Food Notice: Official Template Food Control Plans for Food Businesses, which came into force on 14 August 2017.

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.

The notice can also be viewed on the Ministry for Primary Industries website: www.mpi.govt.nz.
