Pursuant to sections 101(7) and 101D of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I ratify 23 June 2017 as the date of the first elections of trustees and 5 July 2017 as the date of the first board meeting, and I declare valid the 23 June 2017 parent and staff elections of representatives for the Lemonwood Grove School (6967) Board of Trustees.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
