Pursuant to section 100ZA(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, the Minister for Primary Industries gives notice that he is satisfied that Dairy Companies Association of New Zealand Incorporated meets the criteria in sections 100ZA(3), (4), (6), (7) and (9), and Dairy Companies Association of New Zealand Incorporated represents the Dairy Processors and Exporters sector, consisting only of businesses that are members of the Dairy Companies Association of New Zealand Incorporated, for the purposes of Part 5A of the Biosecurity Act 1993.
