Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 May 2017, which was granted under those Regulations to Nicola Burkin in respect of South City Playcentre (55064), situated at 904 Freyberg Street, Akina, Hastings.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
