Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 September 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Glenda Templeton in respect of Tuatapere Playcentre (90023), situated at 23 Orawia Road, Tuatapere.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
