Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 13 August 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Tolo Pereira in respect of Samoana Early Education Development Service (Centre2)-AA2 (45153), situated at 79 Westmeath Street, Waitangirua, Porirua.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
