Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 9 December 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Linley Hattrill in respect of Dunstan Educare Ltd (65141), situated at 6 Gregg Street, Alexandra.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
