The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment notifies that, pursuant to section 14(9) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, anti-dumping duties on standard plasterboard from Thailand ceased to be payable with effect from 17 July 2017. These duties were suspended until 30 June 2019, with effect from 1 June 2014. No anti-dumping duty was being collected during the suspension period.

The anti-dumping duties elapsed permanently on 17 July 2017 because at that date the goods were not subject to review and five years had passed since the date of the notice of the reassessment of the duty following a review carried out under section 14(8) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988.

Dated at Wellington this 17th day of July 2017.

AMANDA STIRLING, Acting Manager, Trade and Regulatory Cooperation, Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
