Pursuant to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has reappointed, for terms of office commencing on the date this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette and ending as shown:

Professor Alan Forbes Merry, for a term ending on 30 June 2019

Shelley Mae Frost, for a term ending on 30 June 2018

Robert Gordon Henderson, for a term ending on 30 June 2019

Gwendoline Tepania-Palmer, for a term ending on 30 November 2019

Dame Alison Paterson, for a term ending on 30 November 2019

and appointed

Dr Gloria Johnson, for a term ending on 30 June 2020

as members of the Health Quality and Safety Commission board.

The Minister of Health has also reappointed Professor Alan Forbes Merry and Shelley Mae Frost as Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson, respectively, of the Health Quality and Safety Commission board.
