Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 May 2017, which was granted under those Regulations to Andrea Driver in respect of Bright Futures Hastings (55506), situated at 804 Heretaunga Street, Hastings.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
