Pursuant to section 28 and Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for Social Development has appointed

George Reedy, of Havelock North

to be chair of the board of the New Zealand Artificial Limb Service for a term of 18 months commencing on 1 July 2017 and expiring on 31 December 2018.
