Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 August 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Selvapandiyan (Selva) Muniswamy in respect of Kiddy Care Learning Centre (46947), situated at 4 Kereru Place, Half Moon Bay, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
