Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 August 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Megan Ratcliffe in respect of PORSE Albany S2 (45862), situated at Unit H, Ground Floor, 26 William Pickering Drive, Albany, North Shore, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
