Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 October 2013, which was granted under those Regulations to Michelle Dawson in respect of Macleans Childcare (25024), situated at 56 Jandell Crescent, Bucklands Beach, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
