Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 October 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Pauline Pertab in respect of Portland House Montessori Preschool (3) (20559), situated at Gate 9, Ellerslie Racecourse, Morrin Street, Ellerslie, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
