Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 13 April 2017, which was granted under those Regulations to Anne-Maree Price in respect of Vivian Early Learning Centre (45120), situated at 112 Vivian Street, New Plymouth.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
