I hereby give notice that, under section 9I of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 (as inserted by the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Amendment Act 2014), the Responsible Lending Code (“Code”) was amended and issued on 6 June 2017.

All provisions of the Code will come into force on 6 July 2017.

The Code is available on the website of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment at www.consumerprotection.govt.nz/consumer-law-and-your-rights/policies/responsible-lending-code.
