Pursuant to section 408 of the Food Act 2014, notice is given of the issue on 25 May 2017 of the Food Notice: Requirements for Recognised Agencies and Persons, which comes into force on 1 July 2017.

A copy of the notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost from the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.

It can also be viewed at www.mpi.govt.nz.
