Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 13 May 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Mariana Oosthuizen in respect of PORSE Hawke's Bay S1 (55396), situated at 31 Napier Road, Havelock North.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
