Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 August 2015, which was granted under those Regulations to Charity Brown in respect of Funhouse Learning Centre 2 (50117), situated at 260 St Hill Street, Whanganui.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
