Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 October 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Leisha Bell in respect of Bubbles New Plymouth Preschool (50059), situated at 24 Aubrey Street, New Plymouth.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
