Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Chai Chuah, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 5 May 2017.

1. This notice shall be read together with the Amending a Notice – Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”), published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 October 2015, Issue No. 117, Notice No. 2015-go6341.
2. The notice is amended in respect of “Northland District Health Board”:
1. by omitting the name and title
   “Dr Verity Margaret Elaine Humberstone, psychiatrist, of Northland”; and
2. substituting the name and title
   “Dr Murray Patton, psychiatrist, of Northland”.
