Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(ii) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 January 2013, which was granted under those Regulations to Joanna Maddison in respect of Little Einsteins Educare Tui (30344), situated at 116 Swayne Road, Cambridge.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
