Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 15 September 2016 the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) of the Act, that Greg Roderick Stewart be suspended from practice as a barrister or as a solicitor, or as both, for a period of 18 months commencing on 6 September 2016.
