to be members of the Lake Okataina Scenic Reserve Board for terms of five years from the date of this notice, expiring on 31 March 2022, and vests in the board control of the scenic reserves described in the Schedule.

Due to changes in land legal descriptions, this notice replaces the prior Schedule in the appointment notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 September 2008, No. 136, page 3615.
