Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 April 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Kiri Osment in respect of Rimu Cottage (45921), situated at 66A Te Manatu Drive, Rototuna, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
