Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 May 2015, which was granted under those Regulations to Audrey Kirk in respect of Kids at Home Northland 2 (10411), situated at 561 Great South Road, Manukau, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
