Notice is hereby given that on 20 November 2017, Gold Band Finance Limited (“mortgagee”) entered into possession of a 1996 Volvo FH12 registration EYU395 and a 1993 Steelbro SBS33 registration R5818 (“goods”) following the failure of the mortgagor, Engine World Limited, to remedy a default notice issued on 3 November 2017.
