Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is given for the above-named companies, which have their registered office at 128 Knowles Street, Christchurch, that it is intended to remove each company from the New Zealand Register, by request, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act on the grounds that each company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.

The date by which any objections to the removal of any of the three companies under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar is 17 March 2017.
