Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is given that it is intended to remove JJ & S LIMITED (in liquidation) from the Register, which has its registered office at 128 Knowles Street, Christchurch, by request, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and has discharged its liabilities to all known creditors.

The date by which any objection to the removal of the company, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 17 March 2017.
