Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

We, Damien Grant and Steven Khov, liquidators of the above-named company, whose registered office is situated at Unit 1, 16 Piermark Drive, Rosedale, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on this liquidation, it is intended to remove this company from the New Zealand Registrar.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 12 January 2018.
