Notice Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 of Intention to Remove From the Register

Notice is given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing the above company from the Register, on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties. The liquidator has delivered the documents referred to in section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 to the Registrar. Any objection to removal under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 must be delivered to the Registrar by 18 January 2018.

Note: This is a voluntary winding up of a solvent company that has ceased trading and is no longer required by its shareholders. All creditors and suppliers have been paid in full.
