Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

The liquidators give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having completed our duties, the Registrar intends to remove the companies from the Register.

Any objection to the removals under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar by 22 December 2017.

Note: These were both solvent liquidations. All creditors have been paid.
