Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator’s final report has been filed with the Registrar of Companies and that it is now intended to remove the company from the Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Any objections to the removal of the company, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by 24 November 2017.
