I intend to remove the following companies from the Register, under section 318(1)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that no liquidator is acting or the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) have not been sent or delivered to the Registrar within six months after the liquidation of the company was completed.

HARBOURMASTER DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED.
SEAGULL TRADING LIMITED.

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to the removal of any of the above-named companies is delivered to the Registrar by 19 October 2017 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove the companies from the Register.
