Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) and having completed his duties, the liquidator gives notice that the Registrar intends to remove the companies from the Register.

Any objections to the removals, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by 12 October 2017.
