Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

I, Carlin Archer, was appointed as liquidator of ARCHER BROS LIMITED (in voluntary liquidation) on 31 January 2017 by a special resolution of shareholders.

I hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 31 March 2017.
