Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

The liquidation of the above-named company has been completed and the final reports and statements of receipts and payments have been sent to the Registrar, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), together with requests that the company be removed from the Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 20 working days of the date of this notice.
