I intend to remove the following limited partnerships from the Register under section 98A(1)(a) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 on the grounds that these limited partnerships do not comply with section 8(4) of the Act.

CLEAN STREAM NORTHLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.
CORNERSTONE CAPITAL VENTURES LP.
HONEYMOON VENTURES LP.
MOMENTUM GROUP L.P.
PREMIER INTERCHANGE GATEWAY LP.

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to the removal of any the above-named limited partnerships is delivered to the Registrar by 9 June 2017 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove the limited partnerships from the register.
