Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, REAL FOODS PTY LTD, a company incorporated in New South Wales, Australia, and having its principal place of business in Auckland, New Zealand, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand with effect from 31 March 2017.

A notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies not earlier than three months following this notice.
